Nicotinell TTS30 patches are the strongest patches in this range and are suitable for those smoking over 20 cigarettes a day. These patches should be used as part of a nicotine withdrawal course. 21 patch will last three weeks.
You should use these patches daily for 3-4 weeks before switching to the Nicotinell TTS20 patches which contain less nicotine for 2 weeks and then finally replacing these with the Nicotinell TTS10 patches for another 2 weeks after which you should feel no cravings for nicotine.
You apply the patch to an area of clean skin in the morning, and then take it off 16 hours later as you are going to bed.
