Nicotinell TTS10 patches should be used as part of a nicotine withdrawal course. They are the final stage of the Nicotinell nicotine withdrawal program.
You should use these patches daily for 2 weeks after which you should feel no cravings for nicotine. You must have used either the TTS30 or TTS20 patches directly before using these TTS10 patches for these patches to be effective.
You apply the patch to an area of clean skin in the morning, and then take it off 16 hours later as you are going to bed.
