These are replacement cartridges for the Nicorette inhaler. During the early days of smoking cessation you may get through 6 to 12 cartridges a day.
The cartridges contain nicotine which, when you suck air through it delivers the nicotine to your bloodstream. One cartridge lasts about 20 minutes.
During 8 weeks you should aim to reduce the number of cartridges you use until at the end of 2 months you will have weaned yourself off nicotine.
