Lozenges

Nicotine lozenges allow you to control how much nicotine you use, letting you combat cravings quickly. Lozenges work by releasing nicotine into your bloodstream through your mouth lining. They come in two strengths. Start with the 4mg lozenges if you crave a cigarette as soon as wake up. Lozenges are great if your teeth aren't up to chewing gum all day.
