The caffeine in Hedex Extra helps increase the effectiveness of the paracetamol as reducing pain. Remember not to drink tea, coffee or energy drinks while taking Hedex Extra.

| Warnings | Please read all of the packaging before taking these tablets. Hedex Extra should not be taken: if you are sensitive to paracetamol, caffeine or to any of the other ingredients. You should not take Hedex if you are: Taking metoclopramide or domperidone - used to treat nausea and vomiting Taking cholestyramine - used to treat high cholesterol Have severe liver or severe kidney disease Taking anti-coagulants (drugs to thin the blood e.g. warfarin) and you need to take a painkiller on a daily basis over a long period. However; you can take occasional doses of Hedex If you're pregnant. See your doctor before taking Hedex |
