Product Description
Because vitamin B12 is needed for the generation of fatty acids that line the nerves of the nerves and synapses of the brain it has often been associated with mood. Low levels of B12 leading to irritability and depression. These symptoms may also be caused by it's other important function of helping to produce red blood cells which transport Oxygen around the body. We need oxygen to "burn" in cells to create energy. Not enough red blood cells means we will be anemic, tired, cold and unable to concentrate.
