Freederm is not designed to stop you getting spots. It's job is to reduce the size of large red angry looking acne. It's active ingredient is Nicotinamide which is a B vitamin that has been proved to block skin inflammation.

| Directions for Use | The gel should be applied to the affected area of skin twice daily, after washing the skin thoroughly with warm water and soap and gently drying it. It can take several weeks for the beneficial effects to appear, so it is important to persevere with treatment. If there is no improvement in your skin within 12 weeks of use, or if your acne gets worse at any point, you should consult your doctor. |
