It's sun protection factor (spf) of 20 means that you can be exposed to 20 times the amount of sunshine that would normally make you burn with no ill effects. It's waterproof too. It may seem a little more expensive than normal sun screen, but you'll take less of it on holiday and you'll use less when you're there and you'll spend more time laying on the beach and in the sea than slopping on sun tan lotion.
